- DESCRIPTION: This is an original 1870 Western Union Telegraph Company Blank No. 1 that was filled out for transmission and sent on June 10, 1870. The back of the Blank indicates the filing of the message. The message on the Blank reads "Draw on me for price of lots." Signed E M Biddle. The The left edge of the Blank is folded over and I have left it as found. There is a tiny piece of the upper right hand corner missing. There are creases indicating at one time the Blank was folded. That said, this very scarce Blank remains in very good condition, in my opinion. I am offering this historical piece of memorabilia with NO RESERVE. Good Luck!
