- For auction is an Hmong tribal neckline from Thailand. The necklace consists of 83 geometric designed beads each with 6 flayed sides (see photos). The beads are corded with the end pieces knotted together - typical of Hmong jewelry. Each bead is about 3/8" diameter. Necklace length is about 25". Silver content is probably from 40% to 60%. The piece is listed as new as it is an inventory piece from a closed jewelry store. The necklace was purchased in Thailand in the late 1990s.
