- Y PROJECT TWISTED TULLE OVERLAY PANTS Like new. Worn twice. Size small. MSRP $729 Y/Project Twisted Tulle Overlay Pants No size tags but ordered online and company sent this as their small. Waist measurement across laying flat is 14 1/2”. The tulle hangs longer than the pant material for a gorgeous silhouette vibe over your heels-shoes. Pant material is grey. Tulle is a midnight navy almost black color. Pants (not tulle) have been hemmed with sticky iron tape to accentuate the tulle hanging longer but have never been cut and can easily be un hemmed.
