- A handmade sterling silver .925 Navajo Spirit bear with indian symbols and a round geen malachite stone braced by a silver band and a sterling silver feather dangling from its body along with a sterling silver .925 18" long box chain. The bear itself is 7/8" at the widest point and 1 1/2" long with the feather included. The malachite round stone is 1/8" in diameter. The feather itself has 1" drop with three beads on it in green and gray. The Navajo Indians believe the bears are spiritual guides and symbols of strength and guardians of the west. The Navajo also believe that bears have supernatural powers, including healing powers. The necklace weighs 3 grams on my scale.
