- Ring is in very good condition. The stones are natural chrome diopside. All of the larger stones have inclusions but are eye clean. This is a big chunky ring. The main metal is sterling silver. The secondary metal on the sides is 10k yellow gold. It is stamped 925 and 375. There are approximately 12 carats of chrome diopside. It is just over a size 8. It may be able to be sized slightly but i would not recommend it. The design on the sides in 10k gold looks like a butterfly or luna moth design to me.
