    • MSR Vintage IBM XT Clone PC Computer "SOLD AS IS"

      From the days when steel chassis were thick and strong!  Even after all of these years the rubber feet on the bottom are still good too.  This looks like it comes with 576KB of ram with an extra bit for parity I would assume since there are 9 chips in a bank.  The motherboard looks like it is 8MHz capable.  It comes with 2 cards, as pictured, which appear to be controllers for the floppy and hard drive.  There is no video card.  I got this in unknown condition, and I didn't "power up" because if I was restoring it, which I don't have the time and tools to do, would be to test out the power supply first, because if that is bad, it could ruin everything else but the case.  Also if there are any shorted tantalum caps, that could ruin things also. 

      Necroware on youtube has videos on testing & repairing, we just don't have the time or the tools.  I just opened it up and blew out what dust was there (while grounded), and my wife did a good job cleaning the outside, so what you see is what you get, a truly untested condition.

      If you want any part of this, you will have to pay for the whole thing, but to save on shipping(and allow me to relist the rest), if you want just the motherboard or whatever, I can pull the parts, ship them, and refund the difference between the shipping you paid and the actual shipping.

      There may be propriety data on the hard drive.  You will have no rights to this, and if found must be deleted (assuming the drive even works)
