- Vintage Danecraft Hibiscus Flower Sterling Silver Brooch. In 1918 the Primavera Family founded Primavera Designs. They worked as jewelry artisans in Pescara, Italy.In 1934 Victor Primavera immigrated to the United States and started a U.S. division called DANECRAFT. This is a beautiful Hibiscus Flower brooch. It features two flowers with stem and leaves. The petals of the flower are painted a lovely pale off white with a taupe color in the middle. The brooch is marked DANECRAFT and sterling circa-1940s. This piece is in good condition. There is a slight bend in the pin bar but does not effect the closure at all. Weight 12.54 gm 2.41 inches long 1.5 inches wide
