- This lovely brooch was from an estate sale. It is in very good condition. The pin back is in good working order. There are no blemishes on the gold tone metal. The imitation pearls are all still secure and do not appear to have any worn color spots. The brooch was designed by Alfred Phillippe. Trifari Crown is a very nice brand of quality costume jewelry. This piece is an excellent example of quality.
