- Gorgeous vintage necklace and brooch set. The stones in both pieces are that really pretty sparkly iridescent color with the slightest hints of lavender, peach and baby blue. So pretty!!! I believe all the stones are called ‘prong set’ and all seem to be intact with none missing. The “clasp” looks to be just that shepherds hook looking thing. And I guess you secure the necklace on by putting that hook around the last two stones??? I’m not 100% sure on that. The brooch is in good working order. This is a short necklace. It’s only about 7 1/2 to 8” long so it’s more like a choker than a standard necklace. I’m not sure what timeframe these pieces come from but guessing from the 50s or 60s. Please look thoroughly at the pictures.
