- This is a Macintosh plus computer from the 1980s. It is the 1 MB version model m0001a. This computer is being sold as parts/repair. I've never opened it up and I have no idea what that error message means. There may be a hardware problem, or it may just need some OS disc to startup. It turns on, beeps once, the display turns on, and it flashes a disc symbol with a question mark. The computer shell has yellowed over time. There is some writing and pencil on the top that says "works well. Nothing personal on Drive"
