- Lovely old brooch from the late Victorian or Edwardian period, 1890's to 1910. It has a simple C clasp and a big faceted glass rhinestone that looks very much like a topaz. Measures 1 and 3/8 inches across. Condition is good with light wear from age and use and one of the outer rings seems a little out of shape,
