- For sale is a nice copy of The Velvet Underground and Nico. This is the 1968 stereo pressing that someone has already peeled the banana on. The jacket is in VG+ condition with hardly any ring wear and only some slight discoloration on the back cover (pictured). There is a small seam split on the top corner but the spine is in tact and legible. The record grades VG with a lot of light marks but I’ve listened to probably 75% of it and, while there are some spots with constant light background noise, other parts play VG+. I like to grade on the conservative side to avoid any disappointment, but overall this is a solid copy. Thanks for looking!
