- This vintage set screams cowgirl rodeo 1980s western! elastic waist skirt - The first picture shows the lay flat measurement and then I stretched it and that is the stretched measurement of the skirt. The fringe is in good shape. There is some fraying at the bottom but I didn’t want to try to trim them up so just giving you a heads up on that. It is more like a shawl than a vest, just lays over shoulder there’s no side attaching. What a fun rare find!
