- This cute halter dress still has original tags but does have some slight issues. It looks as though the inside of the neck as well as the zipper area are somewhat faintly discolored - probably from age or hanging on a hanger for years. There’s also a yellow mark on the inside lining of the dress. I feel like all this could probably be brightened up in the wash but I don’t want to remove tags in order to wash it. The halter strap has 4 sets of hooks and eyes making it adjustable at the neck. Pretty sequined flower details on the neckline and on the front. Scalloped hem. Trendy babydoll cut bodice. Just super cute. Sz S Neck to hem: 45” Pit to pit: 15”
