Payment:

We accept transactions through Ebay and PayPal only. In some cases, we will accept a bank check drawn from a US Bank with sufficient clearing time before shipment. Please contact us first before bidding on an item if you choose this method.

Shipping: 

Our shipping days are Monday – Friday and we try to get all shipments out same day if purchased before noon. If not, packages will ship next morning. We only ship to the verified PayPal address in which payment was made. Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct. International buyers: If your address is not translated in ebay/paypal or you do not contact us with the translated address, your order may be subject to cancellation. If you wish to have your item shipped to a different address you will need to first change your address in PayPal before purchasing.

Our customer support is available 8:00AM - 5PM Monday – Friday.  Please contact us through eBay messages and we will do our best to get back to you immediately, but in some cases may take up to two business days. Please note that you will not receive a response after business hours.   

International Buyers:

We welcome international bidders, but suggest you contact us for a shipping quote as we will only ship via Express Mail International, which is more expensive, but gives us confirmation upon delivery for bidders with low feedback or any items over 100usd. We apologize for this inconvenience, but due to the number of scammers we have encountered over the years, we have no other options. Please keep in mind customs fees will be the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on value and country.  

Returns:

Returns will be accepted in accordance with our return policy. Refunds will be processed after the inspection of items and will be credited within 3 Business days so long as items are un-tampered with or damaged occurring from improper installation or use. Please do not attempt to open any equipment as refunds will not be accepted for items that have been internally opened, electrically altered, or any other alterations to which suspected parts are being removed or swapped. If you have a problem with an item, please contact us first as opening cases just further delays the process.
