- This high quality, highly detailed, expert level, Old Ironsides tall ship model is brand new, semi-assembled and ready for display (not a kit). Some light assembly is required you will need to attach the ship model to it's base stand and attach the bowsprit into it's position. This tall ship model was specially designed and built by the plank on bulkhead method. The tall ship model is built exactly to scale as the original USS Constitution was with many details. The task required skillful craftsmen hundreds of hours to accomplish. This is an Exclusive Edition Model Ship, each model is uniquely identified by a laser cut serial number. The bottom of this model is clad in copper and the copper has been coated with fiberglass resin to preserve it. Size: 38" overall L x 32" H x 13" W.
