- ArF laser 30%R/AR coated partial reflecting Fused-Silica mirror 2" diameter with signs of use. The mounted mirror is on a 3" SS post in a 4" post holder model UPH4 on a Thorlabs baseplate. Mounts In like new condition, but the Excimer mirror shows signs of use. The 2" diameter UV grade fused silica substrate could be refurbished.Sold "As Is", so they can be put to good use again.This item is not for sale for export or shipment internationally.Please review my many other optical hardware items as I combine shipping costs when items are purchased at the same time.
