- 1/4" x 1/8" Barbed Reducing Coupling is commonly used to connect 1/8" tubing with 0.125" ID (inside diameter) to 1/4" tubing with 0.170" ID (inside diameter). This can also be used to connect the 1/8" tubing to a larger mainline by using a 1/4" punch tool to create a hole in thew sidewall of the 1/2" or larger poly tubing.
