- Photo 2 Tektronix 576 Power Supply Set 3 x 151-0140 or Q808 Q756 Q778, 2 x 151-0256 or Q846 Q734, 1 x 151-0148 or Q787, RETESTED to a basic electrical spec for ICEO Leakage, BVCEO Breakdown voltage, HFE or Gain, VBE sats, and Retested to a SOA or Safe Operating Area for power curve area. The last 3 photo's is the Testec and STI test equipment I use. You only get what's in Photo 1 a set of 5 Tektronix Power supply transistors Retested for the LOW Voltage supply. The parts are tested before the SOA test and after the SOA test to see is there are any electrical spec changes.
