- This decoder has 8 functions, and is designed to be installed in any Proto-2000 HO locomotive that has LED lights. It has on-board resistors to allow for LED installations on functions F0F and F0R. All other light functions are 12v and will blow out LEDs or 1.5v bulbs if an external resistor is not employed.
