- Sterling silver sand cast pendant with turquoise. This is a process the Navajo sometimes use to make jewelry. A mold is made in wet sand. Molten silver is poured into the mold to make the jewelry item. This pendant is 1 1/2" tall including the bail. It is 7/8" wide. The turquoise stone is 8mm tall. The pendant has twisted wire rope around the stone. It is in good condition. Please let us know if you have questions.
