    • It does not currently power up. At one time, batteries leaked, although there appears to be no damage to the PC Board. When you put batteries in, the battery meter works, but no power up. The adapter appears to be working according to a volt meter. No further testing was done. It is sold AS-IS for parts, no returns. The antenna is intact and the strap is also in good condition. Again, it is described as does not power up.
