- good condition OEM part. Doesn't have pull cord pulley/wheel or a bracket for it, I find those eventually shreds the cord anyway and I also bypass the pull cord hoop on the handlebar and let it retract all the way back to the engine so it doesn't rub on anything and shred. Has a small hole as shown in red circle in pic but it isn't like cracked as if it were ran over or something and I'm sure it'll hold up. Ships free same or next day.
