- Each arm is CNC machined from high-quality 6061 Billet Aluminum for weight savings and increased strength and rigidity. Low deflection 80 durometer polyurethane bushings provide a large increase in feedback and handling while offering lower NVH (noise/vibration/harshness) than harder or spherical bearing type bushings. Additionally, tearing and un-seating issues are eliminated with our bushing design that allows the arm to rotate freely about the bushings. These arms feature our tapered I-Beam design. Extensive FEA (finite element analysis) testing determined that conventional “straight and flat” designs are prone to excessive internal stress risers.
