- Sapphire / Diamond / 14kt Yellow Gold Size 6 Ring - Preowned I bought this sapphire ring at Macy’s in 1988. I worked there at the time — but I worked in the polo dept— not jewelry… I wore it all through the 80’s and early 90’s. I haven’t worn it since approximately 1991…. I had this ring all this time. It’s 14kt gold - size 6 - there is a tiny break in the gold band on the palm side. It can be resoldered or just leave as is … it can be re-sized if you want … I have no idea the size of the sapphire— there are 8 diamonds channel set. I loved it ! It’s fun and beautiful and vintage.
