- This is the Early Type RCBS Die, non carbide, but performs two functions if I recall correctly. Unfortunately, the end which holds the pin to de-prime the case has split and broke in two, and with this design, that is not replaceable. I did not try, but both halves are solid, so maybe screwing the nut onto it with a new pin may hold it together. Either way, a a decapping die is included, so with this being a hard to find item, I believe a set could be made up, the rest of the step could perhaps be done with .44 Magnum dies, the seating and crimping...I will supply some spare de-capping pins.
