- Up for auction a RARE Vintage HOZAN C-465 1" stem extracting tool. This a great tool for the serious bicycle mechanic or tool collector. The right tool for the job of removing a seized 1" quill stem This beast of a tool is used for removing frozen 1" quill stems from the fork steerer tube. What you see is what you get. Comes in original box. Does not come with instructions. Please check photographs. I have included a photograph of instructions I pirated from another web sale. The tool surface has a patina to it.
