- This Plessey SL354b IC is a high-quality Quad matched NPN transistor array that is a very early example of a semiconductor integrated circuit. Designed for military, commercial and industrial use. With a 14-pin gold flat pack design. A rare example of very early semiconductor research and so a piece of history. The price is for 1 piece but as you can see there is a multi buy discount. The last photo shows two unknown gold flat pack chips (I can’t find anything about them).I’ll include two of these for each sl354 ordered.
