- This is a Penn Senator 113H 4/0 Conventional reel, and Made in the USA. This reel had the handle replaced with a handle from a Penn International. The reel spool doesn’t rotate. When slightly loosening or tightening the left side plate ball bearing screw, the spool will catch and rotate just fine, but then stops rotating again. So, this issue will need to be handled and fixed for full functionality. Other than that, the rest of the reel functions fine. There is a screw missing on the left side plate rim, and another was replaced. The rod harness and wing nuts are included. There is wear from use, including rash. I have described this reel to the best of my ability.
