We try to list items as accurately as possible with description and pictures. If you have any questions about

an item that is listed or about shipping please contact us before purchasing.

Tennessee State Sales Tax:

Items shipped to a Tennessee address will be charged a 9.75% state sales tax.

Shipping:

We will combine shipping, make your multiple purchases and request a combined invoice through Ebay.

Please do not pay until you receive the Ebay invoice with correct shipping amount.

We ship UPS, USPS, and Freight shipping as needed.

If you are in a residential area there will be additional charges for shipping.

If payment has been made for an item and the shipping is incorrect, we will send an

invoice for the additional charges. UPS also charges a delivery area surcharge

in some rural areas.

Package shipments are usually made within 24 hours of confirmed payment. 

You will receive tracking information through Ebay within 24 hours.

Overnight shipping is available. Buyer will need to pay additional charges.

Cut off for Next Day Delivery is 2 pm. Central Time.

We will not ship international with a service that does not provide a tracking number.

Return Policy:

Please contact us through Ebay before returning any item.

All refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item.

Warranty:

We sell industrial surplus on Ebay. We do not offer any written warranties.
