However, this Programmed Instruction Handbook provides self-evaluation quiz questions at the end of each chapter with typical Level I-II questions at the end of the book. A score of 80% or better on the self-test will indicate the students understanding of the basic concepts on this subject.

This Programmed Instruction Handbook is most effective when used prior to, or in conjunction with, the Level II Classroom Training Handbook CT-2, Liquid Penetrant. A cross-reference guide is printed in the Classroom Training Handbook for guidance in using both texts at the same time.
