- Here is a very interesting part made by Mini Circuits Labs, I/Q modulator type MIQC-895M, obviously made for the 900 MHz band, very complex and expensive part (cost 104.00 new!). I have limited knowledge on the topic, but cannot see why it cant be used for a direct conversion receiver as well as the upconverter modulator for a transmitter.
