- For auction is a used Mec 600 Jr Mark V .410 reloading press. I am not an expert in handloading, but with the caveat stated below, the mechanism seems to work smoothly and I see nothing wrong with the item other than signs of normal use. It is somewhat dirty. At a certain point the mechanism comes to a hard stop. This seems to be a deliberate arrangement; see the last photograph showing a screw within a slotted bar stopping further movement. Local pickup is always welcome. If picked up locally, or if I can fit it in the box without increasing shipping costs, there is a plywood base for it.See also my other auctions of gun related items, including handloading related items.
On Jul-21-25 at 19:29:24 PDT, seller added the following information:Understandably, I have been receiving comments about the excessive cost of shipping the MEC reloading equipment I have listed. I did not want to do much disassembly of items to avoid complaints about having to reassemble items but that means that the boxes used to ship these items have to be rather large. By separating just the handle and, where applicable, the powder/shot bottle support, I think I can get the shipping cost down a little. Ebay won't let me revise the auctions at this point, but see the additional information given below to come up with an estimate of shipping cost.
