Acquisition

Yellowstone E-Waste and Replay Renewed Electronics are committed to reducing the impact of E-Waste on the environment. As a result, all of our products are obtained through our community recycling program, and may be in various states of repair, functionality, or cosmetic condition. Items containing data will be properly wiped and secured before resale.

Condition

Please read an item's full condition description. If an item is accurate to our description, we will not accept returns or refund requests for it. Often items are listed as "Parts Only or Not Working" simply due to our inability to fully test these items. Therefore we cannot verify their full functionality, and will not provide refunds for items that may be considered "defective" to a buyer but are accurately described in our listing. It should be assumed that the item will include only what is pictured in the listing, with no additional accessories or items provided unless otherwise specified. We cannot issue partial refunds if a buyer fails to realize they need an additional part to use the item.

Payment

We ask that you provide full payment for your items within 48 hours of purchase. If a payment is not made, the order will be cancelled and the item relisted. We do not accept payments outside of eBay, and will not respond to requests to do so.

Shipping

Our operating hours are 9:00 AM-5:00 PM MDT, Tuesday-Saturday (excluding federal holidays). We respond and ship during these hours. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours to addresses within the continental United States. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order.

Returns

Returns are not typically accepted on our listings at this time. However, if you receive an item that is in an entirely different cosmetic condition than the item pictured, or an improper item, these are considered exceptions and buyers should reach out to us within 7 days to resolve these issues. We do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the item, but the item was accurately described in the listing.
