KEYENCE FD-H32 Clamp-on Flow sensor New From Japan

The KEYENCE FD-H32 is a clamp-on flow sensor from the FD-H series, designed for non-intrusive measurement of liquid flow rates in pipes. It attaches externally to pipes with diameters ranging from 1 inch (25A) to 1¼ inches (32A), accommodating outer diameters between 28–44 mm (1.10"–1.73"). 

**Key Features:**

- **Non-Intrusive Installation:** The FD-H32 can be easily installed by clamping it onto the outside of existing metal or hard plastic pipes, eliminating the need for pipe modification or process interruption. 

- **Wide Fluid Compatibility:** It is capable of measuring various fluids, including water, oil, chemicals, and more, provided the fluids allow ultrasonic wave propagation and contain minimal bubbles. 

- **Temperature Range:** The sensor operates effectively with fluid temperatures between 0–85°C (32–185°F), ensuring versatility across different applications. 

- **Flow Rate Measurement:** It supports maximum flow rates of up to 200 L/min (52.8 gal/min) for 1" (25A) pipes and up to 300 L/min (79.3 gal/min) for 1¼" (32A) pipes, with a zero cut flow rate of 1.0 L/min (0.3 gal/min). 

- **Display and Outputs:** Equipped with a QVGA color LCD for real-time monitoring, the FD-H32 offers multiple output options, including analog and pulse outputs, and supports IO-Link communication for seamless integration into various control systems. 

- **Environmental Resistance:** The sensor boasts an IP65/67 rating, ensuring robust protection against dust and water ingress, suitable for challenging industrial environments.
