    • This special tool is needed to align the timing chain cover on the Jeep 4.0L engine and others (AMC 242 / Renix, Jeep 4.2L). The timing cover bolts are a slop fit and if the front crank seal is not perfectly centered to the crank you'll have an oil leak.
