- This rear speaker wire was used on MOST 1963 - 1972 GM cars. This wasn't used in 63 - 68 Pontiac models. The neg(-) side of all factory speakers must be grounded. With that in mind, this harness has the correct MALE end for connecting to the radio's FEMALE rear speaker OUT connector plug.
