- This textbook is the "Finite Element Method in Mechanical Design" by Charles E. Knight Jr. published in 1993 by PWS-KENT Publishing Company. This hardcover book weighs 1 lb 7 oz and measures 9.6"x6.7" and, at 326 pages long, is 0.75" in height. The pages are in very good condition but I gave it good because the cover has some scuff marks and some folds at the corners. Note that the old-school 3.5" floppy disc that came with it has long since disappeared (though not that anyone could do anything with it anyway!).
