This 499 page illustrated softcover measures 4.5x6.5 and was discovered at a South Carolina estate. Cover shows wear including cloth loss. Cover and pages appear intact. There is natural page discoloration from age and handling. Overall this 118 year old book appears to be in good condition. Look closely at photos. I am not a professional grader of condition.
