The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part.  No labor warranty is provided.

This module may require a reprogram or reflash when installed into a new vehicle. It is your responsibility to know if this is applicable to your vehicle and pay for this service. We include the donor vehicle VIN number on the invoice to assist you in this process. 

To return an item you must contact us via eBay Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
