- Refurbed this unit about a year or so ago and has been collecting dust since, as I also have a nice Heathkit RF generator. I re-capped the EICO and installed a switch to help the power supply filters from over-voltage while the tube filaments warm up. I have nothing to check frequencies above about 100 MHz so I can't guarantee operation above that frequency. It's in very good cosmetic shape being 70-years old and will make a nice addition to your EICO collection! Unit will ship UPS Ground @ 8# in a NEW shipping container, as always.
