Most of the items for sale in our shop have been kindly donated by our supporters. The condition of the items will be detailed in the product description and shown in photos. All photos are of the actual item offered for sale.
Electrical items will have been PAT tested (if applicable) prior to being offered for sale. If we have not been able to function test an item, this will be made clear in the description.
We can combine all UK orders. Please contact our team before paying for your order and we can amend your invoice for you.
Please note: Global shipping charges are set by eBay, therefore we cannot adjust or combine these charges.
We do not consider buy-it-now offers or the option to end an auction early on any of our auction-style listings.

How Do I Return an Item?
Unless an item is faulty, received in error or not as described you are responsible for the return postage and package costs. We strongly recommend that you get a certificate of postage from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us, you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. These are usually free of charge. We are not able to refund items should they fail to reach us.
