- The Dwyer 480 Vaneometer anemometer with swing vane indicator measures air velocity from 25 to 400 fpm, and has a built-in spirit level vial to maintain horizontal plane for accurate readings. The meter has ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) housing that resists impacts. It is sized for portability and includes a mounting bracket for continuous monitoring applications. The scale can be read from both sides of the meter. This anemometer is used for monitoring ventilation in spray booths and exhaust hoods, among other low-velocity applications
