- This cover is molded to the exact shape of your vehicle's dashboard defrost dash panel, and mounts right over the top of your cracked up dash section to cover cracks and holes. The cover requires no special tools to install, and mounts using silicone adhesive (included). This DashSkin covers the frontmost (defrost) dash section only, and does not cover larger dash section. If you have cracks you will be covering, we advise cleaning your original dashboard well with degreaser, and bracing any cracks using some of the included silicone adhesive. If you have lots of cracks or large holes, you can add a second tube of adhesive to use for reinforcement/strengthening by clicking add to cart it in the related products below (also found in the EXTRAS section of our site).
