 1:6 scale semi-custom American Old West Cowboy action figure !  A ONE OF A KIND FIGURE !!!! These are assembled using some of the best clothing and gear from various manufacturers. Some of the parts used are no longer being produced or are very hard to find at a reasonable price. 

YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE THE FIGURE ITSELF. NO OTHER PART OR PARTS OF THE DIORAMA BASE OR BACKDROP ARE INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION. THEY ARE ONLY BEING USED TO ENHANCE THE PICTURES AND HIGHTLIGHT THE FIGURE. 

* Some of the hats are molded plastic and fit tightly on the heads. As a result may leave paint rubs or paint marks on the heads or hair. The paint rubs can only be corrected with new paint but the paint marks, from my experience, can usually be removed with alcohol without damage to the painted head but this is not a guarantee.

* Some figures that show a pocket watch chain may not actually have a pocket watch. Some of them are just the chain glued into the pocket and fed through a button hole.

*Some of the Battle Gear Toys real leather holsters may have the little buckle post that goes through the hole in the belt broken off. These are very tiny and made of a brittle metal that sometimes breaks during assembly. The belts stay in place just fine without it and it doesn't really detract from the rig. 

*Some of the boots could pop off when trying to swivel the foot. The shaft of the boot could be tight enough on the calf to force the boot off the peg when moved. They are heated when installed to attempt to stretch them out to prevent this.

* Not all of the pants can to used over the boots. Some are too narrow and others are too short.

*Some of the other idiosyncrasies that come with building custom figures from parts made by so many different manufacturers are listed below and apply to these Western figures as well.

Items are from a smoke free home but we do have pets sooooo..... a stray dog hair might find it's way in the package on occasion.

IMPORTANT MUST READ NOTES ABOUT THESE SEMI-CUSTOM FIGURES.

* The figures retain the majority of their original factory articulation and can be posed in different positions but         they were not really intended to have their equipment and uniforms swapped out or replaced. Some items could           become damaged if removed. Since so many different brands (some compatible and some not) are being used to       create these figures, A loose headsculpt may be hot glued or soft glued and an ankle peg may be done the same         way. "Super Glue" is rarely ever used in these two areas. A figure stand is recommended as some foot gear from         some manufacturers make it hard for the figure to stand on it's own.

* A few pieces and parts are custom made but the majority are or were commercially available. Some of these parts      have been completely or partially repainted and or weathered to give the appearance of age and use. Some have        been modified or changed in some way to fit the need. Having said that, some of the gear you will see on these            figures will be "one of a kind" and not found anywhere else and may not be able to be replaced.

* Some of the clothing pieces may be glued or sewn closed and may not be removable without damage. This is done     to hold a particular piece in place or for a better fit.

* Ammunition pouches:  May or may not contain ammunition (stripper clips, magazines, ect.) or the correct                    ammunition for the weapon included. The pouches may or may not be permanently glued shut.

* Ammunition boxes:  These are custom made and glued closed when assembled. There is no ammunition inside of     them with the exception of an occasional a box of shotgun shells shown open with some exposed shells inside.           The shells are soft glued in place and not meant to be removed. 

* Equipment pouches and packs:  Pouches and packs may be filled with foam or tissue and some may be glued            shut. They may not be able to be reopened without damage. Buckle and strap type closures, snaps and                      zippers do remain operable if they were from the factory.

* Hats:  Are never glued on but tighter fitting or plastic ones may have caused paint scuffs to the head during                assembly. Do-rags are usually soft glued on. In this case there will most likely be some damage to the headsculpt      underneath.

* Shoe/boot strings:  May or may not be glued after being tied. This is done to keep them from coming untied.

* Weapons:  If there is a pesky loose part (magazine, sight, scope, ect.) that keeps falling off, it may be glued in               place to prevent it from becoming lost and may not be able to be removed without damage.

* The above notes are not the case with every figure listed as most of the clothing and gear can be removed or          changed out without issue. I just simply don't recall what pieces and parts on what figures may be affected so i'm          making mention here and now of the possibility so there are no surprises later.

Most of the items are made of plastic and can be very delicate at this smaller scale. They are intended for adult collectors not children.

Some of the parts used in these figures are no longer manufactured and have not been for a good number of years. Due to this fact these items cannot be replaced if damaged or lost in the mail and as a result no refunds will be given. They will be well packaged and insurance coverage will be included at no cost to you as a courtesy and as a way to help protect both parties involved. The items cannot be insured for an amount above the purchase price. If something should happen to the package or the items inside, a claim against the carrier must be filed by you -  I will not do this for you.

 International shipping will include the standard U.S. Postal service insurance only with no additional package protection of any kind. The items will not be replaced if lost or damaged and refunds will not be given. By bidding you acknowledge having read this statement, understand and agree with the terms.

DUE TO THE UNCERTANTY OF OVERSEAS SHIPPING - ARRIVAL OF YOUR ITEMS COULD BE SERIOUSLY DELAYED !

I will not end auctions early for a "Buy it now" offer and I will not hold items for payment later. I get this question every time I list. How would you feel if you saw something you really wanted, your bid was cancelled and the item was pulled right out from under you ? Kinda sucks so PLEASE DON'T ASK !!! Winning bids need to be paid in full within 3 days of the auctions ending or the item/s will be relisted and an unpaid item case will have to be filed to get my fees returned.

I will combine multiple items into one package to save on the shipping cost. This will not be done if I believe that the size or weight of one item may potentially cause damage to the other item/s if placed in the same box. Broken stuff is nooo good for either of us!!! In that case separate shipping costs will have to be paid. Only trackable shipping services will be used.

One final thing...?.. These auctions are scheduled to end well after my bedtime. I'm not a store and do not sell this stuff for a living - I have a full time job and a family to contend with as well. So please don't excited if you don't get an immediate response or see that you didn't get a shipping confirmation within minutes of your payment. I'm usually unable to start sending invoices or print shipping labels until the evening after the auctions end. PLEASE BE PATIENT !!!!
