- Custom Made detail Carving Knife. This came from the estate of a long time woodcarver, and was one of a series of custom knives he made. This one has a handle made of wood, looks like walnut. The blade is very sharp, good for rough out work at 1 7/8". Just a note that the finish on the handle and blade is good but isn't quite what you'd see from professional knife makers like Knotts or OCCT or Dunkel - it was made by an expert user for his own use and has seen some carving and sharpening.
