- Casio AE-1300WH Custom Mod Stainless Steel Body Lume Face This was a little project I have been working on. I took the movement from a AE1300 and placed it inside a stainless steel Casio Royale mod case. In addition, I have also added a lume mod to the watch so after exposure to strong light, the dial stays illuminated. Buyer be warned, the backlight in the watch is too weak to charge the lume. Passive artificial lighting also does not seem enough to charge it. Natural light and intense light from a flashlight will charge it for sure. The photos included here were taken minutes apart after 10 seconds of exposure to a strong LED pen light.
