- C&A vintage tweed checked pencil skirt size 12. fully lined. Has belt loops. Labelled as UK size 12 (38). Please see measurements. Really good condition; I doubt this was worn. When the garment is inside out, there is an area where the lining has pulled away from the waistband. (See pic; this might have been down to me trying it on and hoping against hope it would fit!) Closes with zip and button at the back. Waist: 26 inches Length top to hem: 26 inches There is a hem allowance of 1 inch 35% viscose, 65% polyester Lining 100% nylon
