- The Song Book is an album by American jazz saxophonist Booker Ervin featuring performances recorded in 1964 for the Prestige label. This is the 1972 pressing, and is in beautiful shape. The sleeve has some minor discoloration and surface wear, but very little. Seams are strong, no splits - conservatively a VG+ The vinyl itself has surface wear that does not really affect play other than the occasional quiet crackle; it really plays bright and clear, great dynamics; also a VG+ Will pack it up proper for shipping.
