• Sales tax will be charged based on billing/shipping address if applicable.

Shipping & Local Pick-up Policy:

• Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after payment clears excluding weekends & holidays.
• Tracking numbers are added to every customer's order upon shipment. Tracking Status can be checked at, My eBay?.
• Listings valued at $100+ will require insurance to ship. Listings valued at over $500 require a signature confirmation and insurance to ship.
• For local pick-up, please message us after placing your order to schedule a time (listing exclusions apply).
• We will only ship to addresses that are registered with eBay. Orders with invalid address are canceled. 
• If item(s) you receive are in a different condition than the images in the listing, your package looks damaged or has signs of possibly being tampered with, please take photos & contact us right away.
• In the rare case an order gets stuck or lost in transit, a case will need to be opened on eBay for us to address the issue.  

Return & Refund Policy:

• We offer a free 14-30 day return that is backed by eBay's money back guarantee.
• Returns must be within 30 days of the date you received the item(s).
• Refunds are only applicable after the item(s) is returned or during an eBay case.
• Packaging slips should be included with any returns.
• Items that are sold, as-is or for parts/not working, cannot be returned because the item, does not work.
• All returns are inspected before a refund is processed.
• Refunds are processed within 48 hours of a return being delivered.
• If the item(s) is returned damaged, missing parts, or not in the same condition as it was sent, a deduction of up to 50% may be applied.
• For products that are returned and cannot be sold in the same condition, a 20% re-stock fee may be applied.
• Users abusing returns are reported to eBay and deductions are applied when applicable.
